cyrus imap, openldap, sendmail, sasl on openbsd mini howto

andreas’ nice mini howto:

btw. i wonder why openbsd still sticks with the tedious “cd /usr/ports/my/app && make install clean” thingie? of course openbsd’s main focus isn’t on usability/ease of use. but gentoo’s isn’t either ;)

geeklog

as just noticed on keith’s new xfree governance site xwin.org:

geeklog looks like a pretty interesting weblog software too. the features include the things you’d expect from a weblog software (though “hardcore” features like traceback and pings are missing) and most importantly, the fine gpl license and the fact that this software was originally developed for the security geeks web site are good signs. and it’s written in php instead of perl (which does not imply better security but should enable better integration with numlock.ch)
